Application Process

Here’s a step-by-step Application Process for the Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS) 2024:

• Visit the Official Website: Open your browser and go to the PM Internship Scheme Portal at pminternship.mca.gov.in.
• Register for PM Internship: On the homepage, click on the "Youth Registration" tab or scroll to the PM Internship Offer section and click on the "Register Now" button.
• Mobile Number Verification:
  • Enter your Aadhaar-linked mobile number in the "Register Yourself" popup.
  • Check the box confirming that your mobile number is linked with Aadhaar.
  • Click on "Submit" to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile.
• Enter OTP: Input the OTP you received on your registered mobile number for verification.
• Create a Password:
  • After OTP verification, you’ll be prompted to create a password.
  • Your password must be at least 8 characters long, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (e.g., Password@123).
  • Confirm your password by re-entering it and clicking "Submit."
• Login: Use your registered mobile number and the newly created password to log in to the portal.
• Complete Your Profile: After logging in, you will be directed to the Candidate Profile section where you need to:
  • Complete e-KYC through DigiLocker (you will need to log in with your Aadhaar).
  • Provide personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, and address. Ensure that these details match your Aadhaar information.
• Educational Details:
  • Enter your educational qualifications (10th, 12th, ITI, Polytechnic, Diploma, or Graduate).
  • Upload scanned copies of your educational certificates in PDF format (up to 2MB).
• Bank Account Details: Provide your bank account details and ensure your account is linked with Aadhaar. This is necessary for receiving the internship stipend and grant.
• Submit Your Profile: Review your profile information. You can make edits if necessary by clicking "Edit." Once you’ve completed the profile, click "Submit."
• Receive Confirmation: After submission, you will receive a confirmation message or email indicating successful registration for the PM Internship Scheme 2024.
